It’s the only smart, proactive way to prolong the life of your equipment and ensure its optimum performance. And any time there’s a problem, it’s good to know you have a dependable partner on call for emergency service.
ThermFlo offers two types of Service Agreements for both HVAC and generator equipment, which deliver the benefits of guaranteed security through preventive maintenance and proactive repairs, and fixed pricing to simplify your budgeting.
Platinum Full Coverage Agreement
Our Platinum Full Coverage Agreement is the ultimate in all-inclusive partnership between you and ThermFlo. You get a dedicated, factory-trained technician assigned to your account, regularly scheduled comprehensive preventive maintenance inspections and 4-hour response time on a 24/7/365 basis for emergency service. Plus, all labor, parts and materials for any work performed during and in-between inspections is covered at no extra charge.
Gold Maintenance Agreement
The ThermFlo Gold Agreement provides you with a dedicated, factory-trained technician assigned to your account and regularly scheduled comprehensive preventive maintenance inspections at the specified frequency that meets your needs. Labor, parts and materials for service calls are not included, but quotes for repair will be provided if equipment deficiencies are detected.
